Synodic memberships may be cancelled through the approved billing-management flow when public Account billing is available. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not necessarily produce an automatic refund for an already-paid period.

Refund requests can be assessed case by case. Digital benefits already supplied may affect eligibility for a discretionary refund.

Your statutory rights remain.
This policy does not override Australian Consumer Law or other rights that apply. If a product or service is faulty, materially misdescribed, not supplied as promised, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer guarantees, statutory remedies remain available.
